Rehearsals and Arrangements.

Thursday June 4th
6.00 – 7.05. In St Mary’s Church Hall, Halesworth.
Suzannah will be there. Wear/bring all costumes please.
From now on you will need to bring all your costumes to every session to practise the costume changes (which are tricky and quick!)

Thursday June 11th
6.00 – 7.05. Huntingfield.
Music rehearsal. Edith and Alice will be there.

Thursday June 18th.
6.00 – 7.05. Huntingfield.

Thursday June 25th.
6.00 – 7.30. Huntingfield
Dress Rehearsal

Tuesday June 30th.
We will meet at The Cut at 11.30 am.
Everyone needs a packed tea and ALL their costume.
Patsy, Louise and Christine Rees will walk the children from Halesworth Middle School down to The Cut. Please meet at the school office at 11.15 – when the bell has gone for break – so that you can be signed out.
Please could everyone else be brought to the foyer of The Cut (where the café is) for 11.30pm.
11.30am – 12.20pm: Rehearsal at The Cut in the auditorium.
12.20pm – 1.00pm: Lunch at The Cut. You can have a pre-ordered, pre-paid hot lunch for £3.00 (drink inclusive) - see the form below. Please pay on a club night. Or you can bring a packed lunch as well as a packed tea.
1.05pm Walk to Station Road to catch the bus.
2.30pm – 3.30pm: Dress and technical rehearsal at The Wolsey.
3.30pm – 5.30pm: We have a break. Please bring packs of cards and
quiet things to do (but not expensive electronic items please as we can’t be responsible if they get lost or damaged). We are hoping to find a park that is not too far to walk to.
5.30pm - 6.30pm: Eat packed tea.
6.30 pm: Warm up in the theatre.
7.30 pm: Performance.
9.15pm ish: Bus leaves Wolsey
10.05pm ish: Bus arrives back in Halesworth.

There are 4 schools performing that evening. We are performing first after the interval. We will be able to watch the other groups’ performances. Tickets for families and friends can be booked from the New Wolsey box office on 01473 295900 and are £4.00 each. (Please let us know if your child will be going home with you and not coming back on the bus)

We are writing to Halesworth Middle School, Stradbroke High School and Bungay High School to ask for pupils’ leave of absence. If your child is not at one of those schools please could you approach your child’s school directly.

PS We still need a zimmer frame and wheel chair if anyone can help with those.
PPS Don’t forget the GCSE classes for year 8 are from 7.05 – 7.45 on June4th, June 11th and June 18th.
