Thank you all very much indeed for volunteering to help.

The first aid box will be in the dressing rooms. Please make sure that you know where it is at the beginning of the session. Please make sure you know where the nearest phone is.

Please check out the fire exits. In case of fire we will meet in the small car park below The Cut (opposite Hammonds side exit). Children to stand in year groups.

REHEARSALS
Children must either be in the auditorium or the place allocated for them to eat their tea. They are not supposed to eat in the auditorium. They may not wander round The Cut (please bear this in mind when they ask to go off to the toilet!)

PERFORMANCES
The cast are not allowed into the concourse for any reason whatsoever. If they need a parent who is helping, then someone else will come and find you. Children may only be on the stage or in the dressing rooms. If you feel they need to the use the toilets by the side entrance to The Cut they must tell you if they are going there. They must NOT change in the toilets. They may not go down there in groups. They MUST change in the dressing rooms if they do not arrive already changed.

If you are having problems with children, don’t struggle. Refer the matter to Patsy or Louise. Make a note of anything you feel needs to be dealt with (rudeness etc) and we will follow it up. (students – be very careful not to use bad language in front of children please, we have had complaints about this in the past)
