Half Term Rehearsals
I am not scheduling extra rehearsals at half term. If unforeseen circumstances mean I need extra rehearsals, I will slot them in after half term.

Tickets for ‘The Crainies’
Alida Roy and Sue Lock will be selling tickets for the production on Thursday, 7th February, from 6.30 – 8.00 in the Huntingfield Arms. We hope that parents will take the opportunity to get their tickets on that evening and therefore avoid disappointment.

Posters
On February 7th we will also be distributing posters to the cast of ‘The Crainies’. We would be grateful if they could be put up the first weekend of half term as there will only be four weeks to go before the show. With a smaller cast than in previous years, we are all going to have to work hard at ‘selling’ the show to family and friends. If each child brings about ten people we should be OK! We have written suggested localities for the posters on the reverse side of them, which should ensure a fairly comprehensive distribution. If you have better/more places to put them up please ask for more! If your children belong to clubs and we have not included handouts for other children in those clubs, please ask for some. It is useful to carry handouts/flyers with you so if you see someone you know you can give them all the details easily! We have plenty of flyers and handouts, please ask or come in on Thursdays and get them. Thank you very much indeed for helping with this.

Video of the Play
We have asked John Lambert, who videoed ‘The Rats of Nimh’ and ‘Dr Ego’s Lab’, to video ‘The Crainies’. We have stipulated master copy before we commit ourselves to ordering copies for parents. He is offering chaptered DVDs which will cost £15.99 each. We will only be able to do this, if enough people order copies to justify the outlay, so please could you return the form ASAP and return it to us so that we can let John know if it is a ‘going concern’.
