Volunteers Needed Please
During the week of the show we need a lot of voluntary help from parents please, to make sure that the children are adequately supervised and looked after and that everything runs smoothly. Please could everybody look carefully at the information below and then fill in and return the attached sheet, to be handed back next week. Then we can hopefully make a workable rota of parental help. All parents work now, so it is a matter of finding slots that fit around your work. If everyone volunteers for something, the load will be shared.

Areas of Help Needed
Supervision during rehearsals [2 or 3 volunteers per session].
Because there is no food or drink allowed in the auditorium, the children will need to eat their packed tea somewhere else during the rehearsals. This needs supervision and help with clearing up etc.

Raffle [2 volunteers per performance].
You would not be able to watch the performance that you help with.

Ticket and programme sales [2 volunteers per performance].
You would be able to watch the performance you help with if you have bought a ticket.

Building the set on Sunday 8th [4 volunteers].
This could involve moving fairly heavy flats etc, using drills and any other tools that are required to build the set. It will be from 9.30 – 1.30.

Striking the set and clearing up on Saturday night [6 volunteers].
This can involve some lifting and heavy work.
