Rehearsals and Arrangements for the ‘Schools Story Cycle’

This is a difficult thing to do in such a short time and the response from the students has been fantastic so far. Keep it up!

Sunday June 3rd 5.00 – 7.00.
Rehearsal for everyone in Huntingfield.

Thursday June 7th
Please could everyone arrive at drama in their complete costume. Suzannah can then see what needs adding/altering. If you are a person who has been given a costume to sew, Suzannah would be grateful to see this costume as soon as you are able to finish the sewing. There are samples at club on Thursday nights – do come in and ask. If there are any problems phone Suzannah on 01502 724743. Please could the following children come to drama early, at 6.50pm, so that Suzannah can fit their tricorn hats (unless this has been dealt with at home): William Everson, William Dunning, Oliver Handley, Ben Verrall, and Ben Lock.

Sunday June 24th. 5.30 – 7.30.
Dress Rehearsal for everyone in Huntingfield.

Wednesday June 27th.
We will meet at The Cut at 1.30pm. Everyone needs a packed tea and ALL their costume.
Patsy, Christine Rees and Louise will walk the children from Halesworth Middle School down to The Cut after lunch. You will need a packed lunch that day if you are not on an early sitting. We will meet at the office at 1.00pm so that you can be signed out.
Please could everyone else be brought to the foyer of The Cut (where the café is) for 1.30pm..
1.45pm – 2.40pm - Rehearsal at The Cut.
3.00pm - The bus will leave from opposite the old post office (which we will walk to from The Cut.)
4.30 pm–5.40 pm - Dress and technical rehearsal at The Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich.
5.45 pm–6.20 pm - We eat our packed tea at the Wolsey.
7.00pm - Performance as part of The ‘Schools Story Cycle’
9.15 ish - Bus leaves Ipswich
10.05 ish - Bus arrives back in Halesworth

There are four schools performing that evening. We are performing first after the interval. We will be able to watch the other groups’ performances. Tickets for families and friends can be booked from the New Wolsey box office on 01473 295900 and are £4.00 each.( Please let us know if your child is going home with you and will not be returning on the bus.)

One girl has had to pull out of camp so there is a place going if anyone is interested.
